Shipping is $7.95 for 1–2 vials and free on 3+ vials, to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Orders ship within 1 business day of payment. Tracking arrives by email.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo: support@fastbacwater.com. We’ll replace the order or refund you. Refunds are sent by Zelle back to the payer.

Sterile vials that arrived intact are not returnable.
